Ministerium für Bildung, Jugend und Sport Brandenburg
With 750 schools and nearly 289,000 students, we are one of the largest public employers in the state of Brandenburg.
Our goal: To ensure that all schools in the state continue to be able to employ dedicated and well-trained teachers, because they are the cornerstones of our schools and the foundation for successful learning.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for students pursuing a teaching degree, as well as master’s students who are interested in transitioning into the teaching profession. The fields of study we are seeking are as diverse as the subjects taught in schools. Above all, it is important that you enjoy sharing knowledge and guiding students through the learning process.
Your career opportunities with us
There are many ways to get started: directly as a teacher with a permanent contract, through the teacher training program, as a teaching assistant while pursuing a degree, or through the Brandenburg Scholarship for rural teachers.
Our working environment
We offer a meaningful, secure, and well-paying position with a unique profile, because a teacher’s daily routine is never boring: planned and routine tasks are combined with spontaneous joys and unexpected challenges that must be overcome. Plus, there are numerous opportunities for professional development and growth.
Why is it worth visiting our booth?
If you’re thinking about working as a teacher at a school in Brandenburg but still have questions that have kept you from applying so far, our booth is the perfect place for you.
