What target group do we reach at the kømpass career fair?

At the kømpass career fair, you can reach a diverse target group:

  • interested visitors from other universities in the region

As the fair is taking place on the Golm campus, a strong presence of teacher training students and students from the human sciences and mathematics and natural sciences faculties is to be expected. This includes the following disciplines:

How does registration work and when is the deadline for registration?

Registration is done via our online form. The registration deadline is January 12, 2026. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation and all further information on preparation.

What other options are there for presenting your company besides the trade fair booth?

In addition to the booth, we offer additional formats for presenting your company:

  • Pitch: Brief presentation of your company on the trade fair stage
  • Job postings: Publication of up to three current job offers
  • Stellenausschreibungen: Veröffentlichung von bis zu drei aktuellen Jobangeboten
  • Company profile: Presentation on the trade fair website for preparation and follow-up
  • LinkedIn post: Company presentation via an individual post on our partner network's LinkedIn channel

How is the logistics for the trade fair day organized?

Exhibitors are responsible for organizing the delivery, assembly, dismantling, and transport of materials.

Setup is possible on the day of the event from 7:30 a.m. Loading zones are available near the venue for deliveries. Parking is limited and will be communicated in advance.

You will receive detailed information on how to get there, setup, and stand placement with the exhibitor documents before the trade fair.

Can we send materials in advance and store them?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to deliver or store materials before the day of the trade fair. Therefore, please plan the transport of your exhibition items so that they can be brought directly to the trade fair stand on the day of the event.

Are there opportunities for feedback or evaluation after the trade fair?

Yes, after the trade fair, all exhibitors will receive a short feedback form. Your feedback will help us to further develop the event and tailor it to your needs.
