atmosfair gGmbH is a climate protection organization focused on travel. We are actively committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable solutions. By offsetting emissions and developing renewable energy projects, we contribute to global climate protection. Approximately 90% of the revenue from our customers’ offset payments and donations goes directly to climate protection projects in the Global South that promote renewable energy and sustainable development.
Climate protection starts with reducing emissions—for example, through more efficient travel planning or digital alternatives. Where emissions are unavoidable, we reduce them and offset the remaining impact through renewable energy projects.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for students and professionals in the fields of environmental and engineering sciences, IT, and business and social sciences, with a focus on sustainability and climate protection. atmosfair is seeking self-motivated individuals who are actively driving climate protection forward.
Your career opportunities with us
At atmosfair, we offer internships (mandatory internships), part-time student positions, entry-level roles, and ÖBFDI positions. Career opportunities are available in areas such as IT administration, business development, customer service, and the development of international climate protection and renewable energy projects. From the very beginning, you will take on responsibility and work independently as part of a dedicated team.
Our working environment
We have offices in Berlin and Barcelona and collaborate internationally with partners in various project countries. Our atmosfair team is interdisciplinary and dedicated, with flat hierarchies, a high degree of personal responsibility, and a values-driven, non-profit corporate culture.

At atmosfair, a dedicated, interdisciplinary team of approximately 40 colleagues in Berlin and 10 in Barcelona works on international climate protection. Since our founding in 2004, we have been developing renewable energy projects and supporting companies on their path to decarbonization.
