Kompass-Karrieremesse

Bundeswehr

The Bundeswehr consists of the armed forces, the Bundeswehr administration, the civilian organizational areas of the administration of justice and military chaplaincy, and the Federal Office for Military Counter-Intelligence as a civilian agency directly subordinate to the Federal Ministry of Defense.

Within the organization of the Bundeswehr, the armed forces form the military core.

The second strand of the Bundeswehr's organization is the Bundeswehr Administration. This is because Article 87b of the Basic Law stipulates that the personnel and material requirements of the armed forces are to be met by a civilian administration. The civilian organizational areas are: personnel, equipment, information technology and utilization, as well as infrastructure, environmental protection, and services. In addition, military chaplaincy and the administration of justice are part of the non-military section of the Bundeswehr's organization.

We are looking for staff for both areas.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree in a wide range of disciplines (law, psychology, economics, technical studies, IT studies, etc.).
